The Greenwich Village penthouse of a recent London transplant was given a sophisticated makeover byRafael de Cárdenas/Architecture at Large. Above the living room mantel, a pair of Gino Sarfatti sconces from Galerie Kreo flank a Yayoi Kusama painting; the ottoman is by De Cárdenas. Oceanique Villas is newly built holiday resort located in Mũi Né, a coastal resort town in the Bình Thuận Province of the Southeast region of Vietnam. All buildings, including this stunning modern beach house, are designed by the Vietnam-based MM++ Architects.
The hotel is in the posh 16th Arrondissement, a residential area that’s west of the city center but an easy metro ride from the Champs-Elysées, Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower.
The Saint James is also a private club, so guests share the fitness room, spa, restaurant and bar with members. The spa is in partnership with Guerlain.
