A Martin Eder photograph presides over the study; the 1930s Venini chandelier is from Doris Leslie Blau, the vintage chaise longue is a Milo Baughman design for Thayer Coggin, and the leather-bound sisal is by Stark.

Living Room

In the living room of a Boston residence renovated by Dell Mitchell Architects and decorated by Wells & Fox, a custom-made club chair and sofa, both upholstered in a Claremont fabric and the latter accented with Fortuny-fabric pillows, are joined by Écart International tub chairs from Ralph Pucci Internationaland a 19th-century fauteuil clad in a Clarence House zebra stripe. A Glenn Ligon painting overlooks the space, while a work by Ed Ruscha hangs below the staircase.

In the entrance hall, a chandelier by Jean de Merry hangs above a Samuel Kasten Tisserand rug laid across antique French oak flooring from Exquisite Surfaces.

Paintings by Gerhard Richter (over the mantel) and Alice Neel are displayed in the library; the ceiling lights are by Lindsey Adelman Studio, and the Egg chairs are vintage Fritz Hansen.

Jonathan Browning Studios pendant lights are suspended over the kitchen island, adjacent to a Christopher Wool painting; the custom-made armchairs in the bay window are clad in a Claremontfabric.

The media room features three paintings by Mark Bradford and a work by Mark Grotjahn; the light fixture is by David Weeks Studio, the custom-made sectional sofa is clad in a Holland & Sherry wool, and the reproduction Illum Wikkelsø lounge chair by Lost City Arts is upholstered in a Jim Thompson linen blend.

A Nan Goldin work spans a master bedroom wall; the curtains are fashioned of a Dedar ikat print, and the bed is outfitted with Anichini linens and a custom-made accent pillow of a Clarence House fabric.
