When I think of my summer holidays, I could never imagine anything less than sunbathing under the golden sun 🌞 of my favourite island in my country , drinking either smoothies or cold pink Champagne , always combined with gorgeous seafood, having fabulous Mediterranean breakfast by the pool and diving into the crystal water every half an hour…! Amazing…!

Our experience at the Kensho Psarou Restaurant was more than brilliant. We got so impressed by the creations of Mr. Anagnostelis that I’m very sure we will look for something similar for a long time…
I highly recommend this restaurant as the best in the island for this summer , 2018 and I suggest the tuna Tartare , the Crawfish orzo or Crawfish Kritharoto and the fish ceviche as the must dishes. Trust me …!
