There’s no family that has not used the honey and cinnamon combination in order to maintain their health. This combination is really healthy and effective and very easy to prepare.

Cinnamon improves skin complexion, accelerates blood circulation, is perfect for the heart, stomach and intestine, and what’s most important is that it is the best spice for burning fats in the organism.

Of course, this recipe can be used only by those who are not allergic to honey. In addition, we advise you to remember not to add honey to a hot tea, or any hot beverage, so that it doesn’t lose its nutrients. The honey should be of high quality, not pasteurized or raw, because in this condition it contains in itself all the useful enzymes.

At the University of Copenhagen an experiment was carried out. Patients suffering from arthritis were given a mixture of honey and cinnamon before breakfast, every morning. From 200 patients, 73 ceased to feel any pain after just one week. The rest of the patients, who used the cinnamon and honey mixture in a period of one month, started to walk without feeling any pain.

It was also proven that the mixture of 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 teaspoons of cinnamon, and 2 glasses of warm water, has decreased the cholesterol level for 10 % in patients in a period of only 2 hours. Moreover, it has been noticed that this mixture has a very positive effect on the immune system.

For Heart Diseases and Lowering of Cholesterol Levels

Mix 2 teaspoons of honey together with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and dissolve the mixture in 2 glasses of warm water. Consume this drink 3 times a day. This recipe is excellent for prevention of heart attacks, it decreases dyspnea, and it normalizes the work of the heart.

For Arthritis

Dissolve 2 tablespoons of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon in 1 glass of warm water. Consume half glass of this drink in the morning and in the evening. If you consume it regularly, you can heal even a chronic arthritis.

Against Flu and Common Cold

Dissolve 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/3 of a teaspoon of cinnamon in 1 glass of warm water, mix it well and consume 1/3 of a glass, 3 times a day.
