So, the item that captured our attention at Chanel’s brasserie-themed autumn/winter 2015 show at Paris Fashion Week was a chain-strap bag shaped exactly like a giant version of the brand’s much-loved Les Beiges compact – remember the furore that the Chanel No.5 version from the pre-spring/summer 2014 show caused?
Instantly recognisable thanks to its black-on-beige packaging – a rare departure from Chanel’s classic white-on-black – Les Beiges has fast become a cult beauty purchase as a result of the glowy, sun-kissed bronze it creates.
