MONACO WELCOME TWINS

On Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, in Monaco Princess Charlene and Prince Albert appeared on a palace  balcony, each holding a newborn baby swaddled in  white. The hereditary heir Prince Jacques and his  older sister by 2 minutes Gabriella were greeted by a  small sea of red-and-white flags and banners.

1/7: The first photos of Monaco’s new royal babies have been unveiled. Princess Charlene and Prince Albert II introduced their newborns, Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques, from the balcony of their royal palace in Monaco.

While Prince Albert already has two children from previous relationships, this marks the couple’s first children together and the first pregnancy for 36-year-old Charlene.
